Handpainted Card

Hi Friends!

I am excited to share this artwork with you today as I created it with lots of love and heart I mixed my two passions painting and crafting in this one
hope you all will enjoy!!

To begin with I took a cardstock and folded it a card of 8"x5" and then dabbed it with pink ink from Tubby Craft

I then took another card of  6"x 3" and doodled some fun characters on it...I then went on and coloured it using watercolours and pasted it on another black card of  6.2"x3.2"

Then I added some embellishments and stickers to finish this lovely card that holds my heart within

Finally since I felt something was missing here I made a white lacy design using white Gelly roll pen and Viola it's done!!!

Hope you enjoyed the descriptive steps
have fun people and follow your heart!!!

Re-inventing the old mobile case

Hi Peeps!!!!
Its been quiet some time since I shared my last post
I was bored seeing my plain mobile case and felt the need to add some fun to it and so started with my DIY

I started by cleaning up the surface of my worn off mobile case

For the next step I primed it with white acrylic paint

Then I decoupaged the same using a turquoise patter tissue and dabbed the latter with Prussian blue acrylic paint

For the next step I used some heart shaped embellishments and some rhinestones

To finish the DIY I used little birdie flower embellishments and varnish to top coat and most importantly keep it waterproof!!!

So here is my take on my experimental phone case design and this has tickled my arty brain so much that I may come up with many more similar projects!!!!
Will love to hear from you all

Photoframe Fridge Magnet

Fridge Magnet Photo frame

Like most of us I am driven around by my kids....they are my love and inspiration.💕💕

As for this project my daughter's fascination for princesses and castles comes into play
I got a beautiful base from a dear friend to work and play along.

The Process.....
I began with painting the background in peachy chalk paint and then assembling the whole piece together " sorry forgot to take pics for this one"

I added my favourite elements and diecuts to add to the charm of it mostly floral on

I further added some darker shades of peach at the corners to give it some depth and pasted a magnet to make the product complete...

I am yet to find my favourite pic to go with it 😊😊😊😊

hope you liked the look of it..do shower some love and comment below
Stay tuned for many more projects 😍

Mix Media Table tag

Mixed Media Table Decorative Tag

Hi!!! my recent advances into blogging allow me to exchange the creative juices in lengths

I have come up to share my new up-cycling project in Mixed Media!!
This one is for all my dear friends as the friendship day is approaching I am expressing my love and gratitude towards you all.💓💓💓💓

So here I began with preparing the base i used a cardboard piece from a pack of  scissors. I liked the size and the shape so i used it as a base. I primed it using Paperecious Gesso.

I stencilled some alphabets, numbers and textures on the primed base using Camlin texture paste.

I layered the base with yellow sand and pasted book pages and added a butterfly from a napkin.

I then splashed some Papericious spritz Marsala colour to the background to pop the details and did spread the access using a flat brush.
I then stamped using stamp "Thanking you across the miles" using Tubby craft stamp pad.
I then started adding elements diecuts in the centre and best friends sticker at the right end corner.

I topped it with final layer of elements made form a Papericious paper pack and my hand made flowers using dies and some diecuts generously given by a friend in a give away!! 😁😁.

Then finally some glitter to make the beauty dazzle as it stands tall.😃😃

Stay tuned shower some love and suggest what you would like to see
love and hugs!!!

Shabby chick name plate

Shabby Chic Name Plates

Hi All!!!
Just started with Blogging
It's an amazing feel to be able to share my craft with words

I recently shifted to a new place and my crafty self had to give it a new name plate.
So hence came up this plan of having a handmade name plate

I made this one with loads of love ....it is in two parts
The Teal Blue Plate:
I began with the process of painting the base with teal blue chalk paint as I am in love with this colour.
Then decoupaged on the right hand side corner with a house pattern napkin I love the water colour effect in it too.
I then added the embellishments some of which are home made using silicone mould while others are MDF.
Added names of we two 💓💓
To top it all and give a pop of colours I added handmade flowers to finish this plate.

 The Pink One:
I derive the inspiration for this one from my daughter and her fascination for pink...my son hardly objects to his sister's choices so it had to be pink.
I started with painting the base with a pink chalk paint and the left it for drying.
then i used sweet magnolia napkin to decoupage on the base viola!! my base is ready.
I then added some gears and cycle embellishments.
Later I stencilled some cars and gears using black Gesso and texture paste all my son's favourites.
and added the names of my kiddos to finish this one 😄😄

I drilled two holes on each plate kept parallel and tied them with jute strings and lo we are good to go..this compiled name plate rests at my main entrance and engages guests and visitors 😁

This is my first blog do shower some love to let me know that I am going in the right direction
love and hugs!!!!
